Are you ready for the SRA Statement of Solicitor Competence?
The SRA’s new Statement of Solicitor Competence introduces a radically different and exciting way of addressing learning needs. CPD goes, ushering in more relevant and dynamic ways of learning that meet the demands of modern practice.
Our course, ‘Introduction to the SRA Statement of Solicitor Competence’ will be held on Tuesday 12 January 2016 from 10.30am – 4pm at the Sovereign Suite, Shrewsbury Town Football Club.
We’ll explore the key themes of the Statement, explaining how you can get the most from it. Forget hours of boring lectures! This course is interactive, dynamic and relevant.
Our keynote speaker is Iain Miller, a Partner in Bevan Brittan’s London office and aneditor of Cordery on Solicitors. He’ll provide valuable insight into the SRA’s thinking and approach, with analysis of the crossover between training requirement and regulatory issues.
Whilst suitable for all Solicitors, the course is particularly relevant to those in supervisory roles. It’s also appropriate for Practice and Training Managers and legal practice HR professionals.
The cost is £195 + VAT. Book before 1 December for an early-bird £20+VAT discount.
The event is presented by Legal Learning Hub, a collaboration between Enderley Consulting and Shropshire business solutions organisation, ip&e.
